I am an ex-soldier with six years experience who left the British Army to pursue a new career in healthcare. I have been running since I was young for fun but when I joined the Forces I focused my running on being able to perform to a high standard. I have always had a passion for teaching others and sharing knowledge, therefore starting up as a running coach has allowed me to combine two of my favourite activities.
Running has always been the thing I fall back on when I need to unwind, de-stress or when I have decisions to make. Most people come across these obstacles more than once over the course of a lifetime, many struggle to find a coping strategy. For me, running provides that way to clear my head and stay focused.
If you are looking for a way to begin physical exercise but aren't sure where to start, running is among the easiest and cheapest forms of training. Training with me will enable you to improve your fitness and running ability in a controlled way, while tracking your progress to ensure you have the best chance of reaching your goals.
Getting a personal trainer is a great way to build your fitness levels and forming new habits is all about routine. I can provide you with this, as well as accountability and encouragement to keep working hard and keep you on track to reach your target.
