Fitting your new fitness journey into your current schedule can be difficult. That's why your training package will be unique to you. Your programme will be written with your goals and wishes in mind as well as your current lifestyle, so you can integrate your training seamlessly.
These will consist of a thorough warm-up followed by a training session planned by me with your individual goals in mind. Each session will finish with a debrief and cool-down to aid in recovery after your hard work!
As part of any of my services you will be given a monthly training programme. This will also be tailored to you as an individual with your goals in mind, and will contain a monthly assessment to act as a benchmark so you can see how much you are improving!
If you are capable of motivating yourself to work through your programme but would like a way to more frequently update me on your progress, weekly check-ins are a great middle ground where we can catch up and discuss your feelings on training and share advice. The method of these will be your choice: In-person or over the phone. Whatever works for you, works for me.
